Summary

Update the vLLM Docker release workflow to build against vllm/vllm-openai:v0.19.0 as the default base image.

Changes

  • .github/workflows/release-vllm-docker.yml: bump all v0.18.0 references to v0.19.0 (default, description, matrix primary entry, run-name)

Not updated

  • Helm examples and README still reference 1.3.3-vllm-v0.18.0 — no matching SMG image exists yet
  • Docs — same reason
  • grpc_servicer/pyproject.toml — already at vllm>=0.19.0

Test Plan

  • CI dry-run will validate the workflow file is syntactically correct
  • Next push-triggered or manual build will use v0.19.0 as the base image

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Chores
    • Updated the default vLLM Docker image from v0.18.0 to v0.19.0.
    • CI workflow defaults, run naming, and build matrix now use v0.19.0 as the primary base image.
    • Push-triggered builds now prioritize v0.19.0 and adjust the set of base images used for release builds.

Update the release-vllm-docker workflow to use vllm/vllm-openai:v0.19.0
as the default base image and primary matrix entry.

- workflow_dispatch default: v0.18.0 → v0.19.0
- push-triggered matrix primary entry: v0.18.0 → v0.19.0
- run-name fallback: v0.18.0 → v0.19.0

Straightforward vLLM base image version bump (v0.18.0 → v0.19.0). All four references in the workflow are updated consistently. No issues found.

Shift the 3-version matrix so previous versions are v0.18.0 and v0.17.0
instead of v0.17.1 and v0.16.0.

Update the TRT-LLM Docker release workflow:
- Default base image: 1.3.0rc8 → 1.3.0rc11
- Release matrix: [rc8, 1.2.0, 1.1.0] → [rc11, rc10, rc9]
- Description examples updated to rc11

Follows the same pattern as the recent sglang (#1064) and vllm (#1066)
engine version bumps.
