Description

This PR fixes #14368.
The issue occurred probably because openBrowserLink() was called from a non-Activity context which resulted in an ActivityNotFoundException when starting the browser intent. The fix adds a check to detect when the provided context is not an Activity and safely adds the FLAG_ACTIVITY_NEW_TASK flag before launching the browser intent.

Note: We could also add a RuntimeException catch with a log to handle unexpected errors gracefully.
