Description

Fix phone numbers displaying reversed in RTL locales by forcing LTR text direction for number text. Fixes #14239 @alex-signal

How to test:

Launch device Settings → Developer options.
Enable “Force RTL layout direction”.
Open the profile page.
Verify that the phone number now displays correctly
