[RTL] Phone numbers are displayed incorrectly in the profile page and elsewhere

Bug description

When visiting your profile page or viewing a contact's information, if the app language is set to an RTL language (Arabic, Hebrew, Farsi...) then the phone number is displayed incorrectly as sections are split apart and displayed RTL. For example +123 456 789 would be displayed as 789 456 123+.
