Add support for bun's package manager (closes #705)
This will use
bun add
when installing packages in a bun project, instead ofnpm install
.bun.lockb uses a binary file for it's lock file. I generated this by running
bun init
in the new fixtures project, using the latest stable version of bun: 0.6.9
