📝 Description

  • Unify all sidebars into one to simplify navigation
  • Rename "continuous integration" and "continuous delivery" pages to avoid SEO impact on semaphore.io
  • Add an installation page to select between Semaphore editions
  • Update mentions of semaphoreci.com to semaphore.io (not exhaustive)
  • On the most part, theURLs of the pages are not changed. Most changes happen on sidebars.js
