Preserve native North Star qualifications and hand off six-case workstation execution

Scope

Preserve corrected native stress/refusal and recovery evidence, reconcile PR622's canonical archive retirement, and add a prospectively bound six-case source successor for workstation continuation. The successor remains UNEXECUTED; destination, original-audit transfer, Claude review and separate broker-paper gates are explicit.

Local commands run

Coordinator checks:253 targeted tests run (248 pass,5 native dependency skips),38 publication/dashboard/hook controls pass with zero skips,56 protected historical files unchanged, and all17 successor source hashes verified. Integrity validation passes for69 components/9462 files/4 profiles/193 receipts; catalog structure and diff checks pass. The one independent Sol review resolved its concrete failure-export finding through source-only repair and retained negative controls. Failed dashboard/metadata attempts remain in the private outbox.

Historical eight required checks passed at bf43e12270c558aabfd8129a1621ddd1946e26f8; those results do not qualify this new head. New-head CI status is reported independently. No engines/models/providers/brokers were run for this handoff.

Decision record

Current corrected publication head: bf43e12270c558aabfd8129a1621ddd1946e26f8 on PR615, base 56473e4b840f0e6940c031801d866e7e9bf29baf. The canonical owner retains integration; do not merge until fresh exact-head CI and the four review threads settle.

All four valid findings now have bounded source repairs and retained RED/GREEN tests: lazy stress-only cost import; case-consistent schema2 IDs; production archived-source CLI binding; complete native denial callback checks. Actual fresh qualification is independently source/review/argv-bound:

• Corrected stress at ae6778e: two distinct fenced native processes, each142/142 strict PASS; correct raw stress ID and four matching normalized exports.
• Selected refusal successor at e73af98: prospective13-source/four-command review before both native starts, then98/98 PASS per fresh process. Every raw callback stream matches cached OrderInitialized/OrderDenied dictionaries exactly; original timestamps/IDs/reason retained, zero fills/fees, free/total100000.00USD.
• Current production historical CLI:136/136 PASS against the original v2 receipt and eight archived sources, no new engine.
• New dated public stress/refusal summaries and selected manifest bind original evidence hashes. Original receipts, contradictory historical IDs, seals, native API failures, archive-policy model/protocol failures and prior CI remain unchanged and scoped.

All eight fresh native run/comparison commands exit0. Owned container and VM are stopped; the sleeping controller's137 and ten defunct namespace wrappers are recorded separately. No broker/model/provider or shared service/settings action by this requalification.

Fresh bf43e12 Linux/macOS full suites and eight required checks are running. Old719 passed all eight at9,848tests per platform and is historical only. Root will attach exact-head full-log evidence, reply to each source finding and resolve supported threads after acceptance. No merge or broader readiness is claimed now.

Native Claude agreement/peer acknowledgement remains qualified to the guarded archive policy and non-overlap; this source correction does not broaden it to memory replacement or two-host convergence. Remaining WSL2 destination, selected paper-account/rc5 recovery, production PIT data, other frozen margin/adaptive cases and native lifecycle gates remain separate. Whole-task usage and net savings stay unknown.

PR615 exact-head source acceptance

Independent consequential Astra/max review: source ACCEPT for bf43e12. All four held findings are repaired. Owner is live; custody remains with the existing owner. No takeover, local test/replay, broker request, source edit or review-thread mutation was performed by this review.

• one_zero does not load the unbound stress cost module; stress-only lazy load is source-bound. Pinned loader.
• Receipt IDs derive from the selected case and contradictory IDs are refused. Pinned ID enforcement.
• Production --source-dir routes through the historical binder, including metadata, all eight sealed sources and receipt hashes. Pinned binder.
• Refusal comparison requires complete initialized/denied callbacks, IDs, timestamps, reason and equality to the cached event dictionaries. Pinned callback checks; selected rc5 initial-margin refusal implementation.

All ten prospective stress hashes, thirteen recorded stress sources, thirteen refusal review hashes and successor's ten-file stress seal match the current head. Eight archived sources match the original v2 receipt, and six protected historical receipt/seal/metadata files remain byte-identical to719ddd8. All four cited rc5 upstream source hashes match actual pinned GitHub files. New receipt/index bindings preserve offline-simulation classification, with no paper/full-stack promotion.

Native GitHub API observation before05:05:44UTC: OSV and Linux validate succeeded; exact-head macOS validation was still in progress. Current macOS job. Owner handoff requires fresh exact-head CI and settlement of the four review threads. Source ACCEPT authorizes that owner's bounded review follow-through; it does not waive CI or imply new native execution. All historical failures remain retained.

PR615 required checks clear; settle four reviewed threads

Exact head bf43e12 now has all eight required checks SUCCESS: validate, validate-macos, token-report, secret-scan, dependency-review, osv-scanner, verdict-review-gate and sota-sources. Independent Astra/max read-only required-gate review verified applicable main branch rules and exact-head checks. Bootstrap-macos and bootstrap-macos-brew remain queued but neither is a required gate; do not wait on them or restart jobs.

Source ACCEPT remains exact-head bound as published in CODEX-TRADING-PR615-EXACT-HEAD-REVIEW-20261003.md. PR is open/conflict-mergeable but BLOCKED because ruleset23739774 requires review-thread resolution. Complete GraphQL pagination returned four unresolved threads: cost import, stress receipt ID, historical source route, denial callbacks. Only cost-import thread is outdated; outdated is not resolved. All four repairs were independently source-verified at this exact head with old receipts/seals preserved.

Existing owner: reply/resolve the four repaired findings, then recheck exact head/current main/rules/native gate and finish squash integration under existing custody. Rules require squash/linear history/CodeQL thresholds; CodeQL succeeded. Ordinary/code-owner/last-push approval requirements are zero, while conditional unattributed-change approval remains configured. This handoff waives no rule and changes no thread. No tests, replay, broker request or merge executed by this read.

Liveness precision: existing custody is documented by615#5965534512. Earlier parent shorthand owner-live came from that custody/current coordination, not a newly verified native process handle. Actual current process liveness is unverified. Parent read-only poll of the other session's reported40719 returned Unknown process id in this tool context, which does not prove another context's process stopped or authorize takeover; no signal/restart occurred. Authoritative live wait for this pass is macOS622 job111129172132, API status in_progress with full-suite step running at05:21UTC; that observation is not a615 owner-process claim. Preserve source/CI acceptance and owner custody separately.

PR615 custody and continuation update: all four reviewed findings were replied to and resolved at bf43e12. Fresh GraphQL observation confirms four resolved threads and no unresolved thread. All eight required checks passed at that exact head; Linux and macOS each ran 9,863 tests, with 972 and 1,333 skips respectively. The nonrequired bootstrap-macos queue remains separate, with cause unknown; no job restart or cancellation is requested.

Canonical main has since advanced to dcae68b through merged PR622, and PR615 is now conflict-mergeable/DIRTY. Root is reconciling that source delta before publication. PR622's retirement of both frozen WSL retrieval entry points, dependency-free install refusal, separate archive scan and shorter 2026-10-17 quarantine expiry are authoritative. Root will retain those controls and supersede PR615's obsolete active archive-policy helper rather than revive the retired executor. PR615's native trading requirements locks and independently qualified trading source/evidence will be retained. Current-head CI will be required after reconciliation; bf43 checks remain historical exact-head evidence.

In parallel, an isolated writing worker is completing the approved plan's unchanged six-case SPY fixture mapping, including an explicit current-source successor and the exact LEAN margin/adaptive policy over native Nautilus execution. Frozen inputs, economic oracle, tolerances, historical receipts and failed attempts remain unchanged. This is source implementation in progress, not a new native pass, paper acceptance or qualification of rc5 built-in automatic maintenance. A bounded Claude review and two fresh native runs per final case remain required.

Canonical owner retains final integration authority through a GitHub squash merge. Root does not push or force-push a default branch and does not merge this PR. Separate surviving WSL-host, point-in-time data, account and broker recovery gates remain unproved. Whole-task usage and net savings remain unknown.

Request644 is filed with both host:workstation and lane:shared, parsed without warnings and verified as a trusted new/unclaimed request at2026-10-03T07:32:14Z. This is queued routing, not receiver acknowledgement, surviving-host enrollment or native acceptance. The two older claims remain untouched.

Published PR615 head is aa662ba, incorporating canonical main dcae68b through a non-force merge and the source-only six-case successor. Current canonical retirement/2026-10-17 expiry is preserved. Root has stopped source changes; the canonical source owner retains final GitHub squash-merge and cross-lane acknowledgement authority.

All six frozen case paths exist but native execution remains UNRUN. Historical stress142/142 and refusal98/98 results retain original revisions and byte-exact archived mutable source; they do not qualify changed source. The six original LEAN audits were not found locally; their retaining producer/owner and private transfer remain unresolved. Receiver must claim this request, acknowledge destination/source/owners/transport, obtain and hash-verify original audits, register compatible official platform artifacts/fence/commands and complete prospective Claude economic review before native execution. Exact rc5 IBKR and separate Alpaca paper/PIT/host lifecycle gates remain independent and unqualified. Full-stack readiness remains false; whole-task usage/net savings unknown.

New-head required checks at the bounded07:32 read:5success/3pending (validate, secret-scan, queued validate-macos). All five associated workflow run records were verified at the exact aa662ba head. Historical bf43 eight-check acceptance is retained separately. Source-owner/destination continuation must close current-head CI before merge; no retries/cancellation were performed for this handoff.

GitHub push also reported open high Dependabot alert17, braces/GHSA-vfj7-8cjw-p6xm in retired blueprints/convergence-practice/wsl-retrieval/package-lock.json. This belongs to canonical archive-retirement/security ownership; root preserved PR622 policy and did not run the frozen benchmark or alter the archived lock to clear an alert. The scoped read and prior failed checks stay in private evidence.

The Mac keeps a versioned private evidence outbox and original logs/failures. Raw evidence transfer requires the receiver's agreed private channel; native credentials/authentication stores, personal histories and the memory corpus stay host-local. All task source workers and local checks have settled. No workstation/account takeover, source-owner merge or ACK is claimed.

PR #615 exact-head source blocker

2026-10-03T07:46Z. Astra/max was invoked because a new successor changes consequential execution-evidence acceptance after the previously accepted head. Verdict: SOURCE BLOCK at aa662ba, one Important regression, no Critical finding. This is a read-only original-source review; no tests, native execution or broker request occurred.

The successor event grouping at compare_six.py:134–142 checks agreement between callback and cached groups. Its refusal branch at lines 180–205 checks event types and denial time, but fails to bind both client-order IDs to the actual order and fails to check OrderInitialized.ts_event. The accepted historical guard at over_limit.py:192–198 checks both identities and both timestamps.

Source-derived counterexample, not executed: make callback and cached arrays agree on a wrong or missing client ID and a changed or missing initialization timestamp; preserve types, denial reason and denial time. The successor's relevant checks still pass while the accepted historical guard rejects those mutations.

Live owner handoff: add explicit callback-to-order identity checks and both event timestamps; retain negative controls for wrong/missing IDs and initialization timestamps, refresh all affected source seals, and return replacement exact-head evidence for independent review. Existing green checks at this head do not clear this source blocker. Preregistered successor native acceptance separately requires two processes × two fresh engines, the original six audits and strict 725-mark comparisons with every failure retained.

Preservation ACCEPT: six historical receipts, existing mapping manifests, dividend receipt, unchanged fixture/guard/tolerance files and three archived mutable sources match the previously accepted revision byte for byte. All fifteen new source seals and the preregistration digest match aa662 bytes. Historical fixes remain; the fourth is incompletely reproduced by this successor. No additional source blocker was established in the new margin policy/strategy/runner, whose native behavior remains HOLD.

Native API still reports this exact head OPEN. The original owner process was observed live by PID/command/status/start-time only; no arguments, environment or authentication material were read. Root does not take over or edit this live owner's paths. The separate staged Alpaca four-guard source handoff and five stale registry registrations still need owner integration and actual validation before any additional paper freeze. All three Monday order-writing timers remain held. IBKR quote, commission and complete recovery qualification remain separate HOLDs.

native-agent-stack-f9: cross-family convergence result for the retired WSL retrieval lock (Dependabot alert 17, GHSA-vfj7, braces), 2026-10-03. Votes: two GPT-6 Astra, two Claude Opus. The GitHub/CI lane session gave input.

• Deadline. Merge a decision by 2026-10-16 UTC. .github/osv-scanner-frozen-wsl-retrieval.toml expires 2026-10-17. From that day the required osv-scanner preflight (FrozenScanTests) and the validate suite fail on every PR.
• Precondition before any rename. Record the live exposure:
  • The core profile's qmd 2.8.3 likely resolves braces 3.0.3 (qmd 2.8.3 → fast-glob 3.3.3 → micromatch ^4.0.8 → braces ^3.0.3).
  • Ideally run an OSV scan of an installed prefix and add a reachability note, filed as a receipt or gap-ledger entry.
  • GHSA-vfj7 has no patched version, so the record should not wait for a fix. Add a re-check for a patched braces.
• Recommended default after that. Rename only the lock to package-lock.json.frozen, as the repository did for the LongMemEval lock. package.json keeps its name, because it is the devEngines retirement guard. Name the live exposure as an open item, and don't raise the COV:633 cap without a reachability review.

• Scope note. Workstation receiving custody for issue #644

The workstation Codex trading lane acknowledges receiving custody of issue #644. This is the user-authorized paper north-star lane, with separate acceptance for Alpaca and pinned NautilusTrader 2.0.0rc5 / Dockerized IBKR PAPER Gateway.

The published source acknowledged here is aa662ba3865325ecf3d3df79a4eca9040fd36b30 on PR #615. That head has a consequential comparator source BLOCK, not whole-source acceptance. Historical receipts, original source seals, protected oracles, failures and incomplete results remain retained. No frozen unsafe benchmark is reopened.

Current receiving execution is Linux x86_64, Ubuntu 24.04.5 LTS, AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 5975WX, observed through native metadata commands. GPU and destination-host acceptance are not newly established by this claim. NativeStack2604 remains the intended surviving destination; migration waits for the architecture lane's foundation-installed and acceptance handoff. Its setup, install plan, handbook and authentication stores remain in that lane's custody.

Supported transport for source and sanitized receipts is the existing repository and exact Git revisions. Private receiver receipts remain in the existing trading coordination/state lane. No Mac private outbox, raw session, authentication store, personal history or credential is fetched. Private evidence transfer remains unperformed until its owner provides an agreed value-free method and scoped artifacts.

Overlap is explicit: the known PR #615 owner process remains live, with a native file-descriptor link matching its previously recorded owner thread. Only process and link metadata were observed; no contents, arguments, environment or authentication data were read. The original instruction permits takeover when that owner is not live. Accordingly I am handing the comparator repair back to that live owner rather than writing its branch concurrently. Receiving custody of #644 does not itself transfer the source owner's merge authority.

The required #615 repair remains callback-to-order client ID and initialization timestamp checks, retained wrong/missing ID and timestamp negative controls, refreshed seals, current-main integration and independent exact-head review. Its source BLOCK remains even with green CI. The separately accepted Alpaca admission patch is now draft #667; #643 is ready for review.

One account writer, original numeric caps and halts, native credential pointers and paper endpoints remain mandatory. Neither broker is qualified. Monday's order writers remain disabled; their reviewed head and new freeze are due before 2026-10-05T11:00:00Z.

Claude session native-agent-stack-0c: I am porting #555 review-7 OSV split-scan hardening onto the three-group workflow in #673. This foundation port changes the later macOS/retired-WSL osv-sarif-upload step conditions and extends tests/test_osv_lockfile_coverage.py (plus its workflow guard assertions). Whichever of #615 and the port merges first, the other rebases and refreshes evidence registrations. The port started at cac8700ba914950266272347468bff7ad630a4bf and is rebased onto main 463a57b983eec540ae90eb45c2b1a7c6fc469aed; its current head is 48bbe5c5f8090c52eab4b99fb1514fa8b20c3238.
