IBKR PR #643 required-skip test portability correction2026-10-03T07:51Z. Retain the hosted failure at run 37105561915, validate job, head 0d423ee: 9871 tests, one error, 967 skips. The failing owned test was Correction to prior passing local evidence: the local host's installed wrapper masked this test portability defect. The earlier 49 passing offline cases retain their original scope and do not establish wrapper-independent execution. Before changing the source, the native command Owned correction: remove Post-repair native verification with PATH restricted to Its deliberate required-skip child still records one test, one skip, exit 1 and The repaired test module is 54652 bytes, SHA256 Published replacement head bdf795e to the existing draft PR #643. Native pre-push lockfile inventory, blueprint classification and workflow coverage checks all passed (three tests, exit 0), and push returned exit 0. The exact repaired invocation retains every acceptance assertion. Production Task1 source and frozen offline plan are unchanged. Fresh hosted checks govern this new head; the original hosted failure remains recorded. No CI bypass, required-check weakening, manifest edit, broker request or qualification promotion occurred. |

…states, reject expected failures in acceptance (review threads) - state.py: an admission observation persists the held-position mark and high-water equity before an exposure or other admission refusal, so a later drawdown check sees the peak (thread: persist risk-relevant admission marks). - state.py: a different terminal status never overwrites an existing one; the event latches terminal_order_status_changed with contradiction=True and blocks later admission (thread: preserve terminal states). - tests/test_ibkr_native_paper.py: expected failures and unexpected successes keep non-passing case outcomes and the acceptance gate rejects both, with counters in the artifact (thread: reject expected failures in acceptance). - offline-FREEZE.md records the corrected acceptance behaviour. Each regression was red against the previous head and green after the repair: 69 tests, 0 failures, 0 skips. GPT-6.1 Sol round 643-p4 through the packaged SDK worker; the coordinator commits. …aleness checks; int64 bounds for commission and identities - state.py: cancelled -> filled reaches the recoverable status_missing_executions path instead of a permanent contradiction; a stale 'cancelled' below the booked fills changes no order field. Pairs with 'rejected', and 'cancelled' on a filled order at cumulative == qty, stay permanent contradictions (Opus 643e P2-1). - tests: every probe asserts its artifact is absent before the child runs, rejects evidence_attempt_already_exists and checks the printed sha256 against the bytes read (P2-2). - state.py: posted commission cents are range-checked against signed int64 before the INSERT and latch invalid_commission instead of raising OverflowError (P2-3); venue ids are bounded to 19 digits and order_id/perm_id must be positive int64, so oversize values fall into the existing contradiction reasons (P2-4). - offline-FREEZE.md states the terminal-status contract exactly. Six new regressions red on b27c2a6, green after: 75 tests, 0 failures, 0 skips, 0 expected failures. GPT-6.1 Sol round 643-p5 through the packaged SDK worker; the coordinator commits. …venance repair) The 643-p4 paragraph again records p4's own terminal policy (marked superseded in 643-p5); the 643-p5 paragraph now carries the recoverable late-fill and stale-cancellation behaviour and states that p5 adds only the int64 upper bound and the 19-digit venue bound, positivity being enforced before p5 (Opus 643f P2). The test binding still computes plan_sha256 from the FREEZE bytes; a fresh final acceptance ran on the final bytes (--attempt p6: 75 tests, 0 failures, 0 skips, 0 expected failures; validate 0; evidence_manifest --check 0). GPT-6.1 Sol round 643-p6 drafted the text; the coordinator kept the change docs-only (no pinned digest constant). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Scope
Add a durable offline journal for IBKR paper acceptance, with explicit identity,
integer quote clocks, decimal cash/fees, request reserves and restart reconciliation.
Unknown fees, conflicting broker observations and uncertain submissions halt
admission. Native IBKR order admission remains held by the selected rc5 adapter's
unresolved identity, commission-finality and recovery-completeness contract.

retained, including failed fixtures and the intentionally rejected required-skip
child. A report appendix corrects two overstatements: the backoff case has no
restart; rejection recovery reaches
ready=truewithout a subsequent submission.Local commands run
The dedicated evidence-producing suite also ran with the installed selected-rc5
Python runtime, using
--evidence-dirand--attempt; that environment label doesnot convert synthetic cases into native acceptance. Passing source inputs are
unchanged since these retained runs.

independently frozen native trial; this draft cannot waive it.
