Summary

This records agent-lab-e9's independent needs_changes reviews on the seven Mac receipts that #201 merged: postgresql, fastapi, nextjs, react, playwright-test, playwright-cli and duckdb.

#201 merged at 6fa0b0c0 with one independent_session agree on each receipt. That reviewer re-ran every command and matched the outputs, which establishes reproducibility. My review found problems that reproduction does not address. I posted it on #201 as comment 5818957285, about 15 minutes after the agree commit and just before the merge. It ran as workflow wf_f7021e8d-fd3: 28 agents, with every finding refuted adversarially. The problems:

Receipt Blocking issue
postgresql The running server is never observed. The version comes from the binary on disk, and pg_ctl status | head -1 drops the line naming the executable.
fastapi Ran in-process through Starlette's TestClient. No uvicorn server ran.
nextjs Built but never served, so the UI-server role is not exercised.
react Rendered with Next 16.3.5's bundled canary React, not the pinned 19.3.0. React is an overlap alternative, not a winner.
playwright-test No positive control, so a passing suite can't show that the verifier catches failures.
playwright-cli The assertion's exit code is hidden by grep | tail, so it cannot fail. It is also not a winner.
duckdb Recorded as duckdb. The winner id is data-duckdb, so the receipt is bound to nothing.

Effect

A standing non-self dissent withholds accepted (docs/contributing-evidence.md §5; scripts/platform_status.py). The derived macos-arm64 status therefore changes:

These are reviews only. No receipt content, winner or declared platform_status changes.

When the Mac re-records the receipts with the requested changes, the files are replaced, which clears these reviews. I will then re-check and record agree where the receipts hold, as I did on #185.

Checks

  • host_receipts.py validate, validate.py, component_matrix.py --check, new_host_grand_list.py --check and evidence_manifest.py --check all exit 0.
  • Guarded gitleaks on the commit: no leaks.

… application receipts

#201 merged with one independent_session agree per receipt, recorded after the
reviewing session re-ran each command (reproducibility). agent-lab-e9's
independent review (workflow wf_f7021e8d-fd3, 28 agents, adversarially
verified; PR comment 5818957285) found blocking issues in all seven that
reproduction does not address: the running PostgreSQL server is never
observed; FastAPI ran in-process only; Next.js was built but never served;
React rendered from Next's bundled canary, not the pin; playwright-test has no
positive control; playwright-cli's assertion cannot fail; duckdb is recorded
under an id no winner uses. A standing non-self dissent withholds accepted
(docs/contributing-evidence.md section 5), so postgresql, fastapi, nextjs and
playwright-test move from derived accepted to not_established on macOS until
the receipts are re-recorded with the requested changes; a re-record replaces
these reviews.

A use receipt's independent agree now needs four points, the bar #185's
receipts met: the commands exercise the layer's role, a positive control
where a clean result proves nothing, retained commands behind every install
and pin claim, and a receipt bound to the winner's component_id and pin.
Re-running the commands alone is reproduce-only and is not an agree; a
failing point is recorded as needs_changes. The review's --ref states which
it did (reproduce-only or adequacy-checked). #201's receipts were agreed
after reproduction alone and are held at needs_changes by #209.

* Say that point 4 compares pins as pin_matches does (review of #210)

… fill-precision branch

Conflicts were registries and counts only: took main's copies, regenerated the
rate-limit evidence (1693 trading, 16 data headers), re-pinned this branch's five
sources in source-hashes.json and re-registered its files in the evidence manifest.
