The September 20 WSL retrieval records lack complete retained command arguments, working directories, and raw-log provenance. Preserve them as incomplete historical reference, with their failed attempt and original executed runner bytes, without qualifying component adoption or a new host.
Enforce the exact frozen-input and expected-check sets so an omitted input or substituted successful check fails audit. Future captures retain sanitized arguments and working directories. The current QMD recipe enables dependency scripts and uses
NODE_LLAMA_CPP_SKIP_DOWNLOAD=true; the historical install record remains unchanged.Validation: 40 focused regression tests passed, with zero skips; all 13 recorded checks passed, covering the artifact audit, convergence, publication hashes, foundation, component matrix, generated explorer, lint and review gate. Hosted checks are required on the final commit before merge. These checks validate artifact contracts; they do not replay the historical native commands or establish fresh WSL runtime acceptance. No model, account, global pin, service, or host configuration changes.
