IMA Non Linear Ads "Banner" Ads not showing

Expected behaviour

Advertisement not visible how ever all the events are fired
With aditional event reporting I was able to reproduce it and discover the error. That why
#1744 error event are so important...

When you remove z-index:-1 from .plyr__ads it shows the the advertisement

Environment

OSX 10.15.3 - Safari 13.05
And multiple reports from other users including mobile devices and so on
