Could you please add ability to manually set the desireable stream quality for DASH??

After adding this option creating auto resolution selections with hls.js will be trivial. WARNING: When I built this I had TypeErrors in plugin 'gulp-imagemin' - not sure if this is expected behavior.

This should read current quality from shaka-player (or dash.js) and support auto item in quality menu.
