This change extends the Register Table procedure to allow users to provide the path to a metadata folder. The procedure will pick the latest metadata file from the folder while still supporting the existing behavior of providing a full metadata file path directly.
This functionality is already implemented in Presto, please check PR for reference. The relevant implementation can be found here RegisterTableProcedure.
