Description
This pull request adds a script to create an inits file for candidates. The script prompts the user for a TIC ID, scrapes ExoFop, and provides entry choices to create an inits file that can run in
exotic.py
for a candidate. If all parameters are not available on ExoFop, it calculates them for the user. Observatory info can be entered when prompted while running the script or by opening and editing the created inits file later.Changes
