rustDocument/implementations is not in use. Fix rust-lang#1593 @Xanewok: > We're not using it anymore since rust-lang#936 but the documentation is outdate.

OK. I asked it, because the ccls server defined many extensions and wondered whether other LSP servers have similar needs. It seems rls doesn't have. |

I read that there are rust specific extensions to the language server protocol here: https://github.com/rust-lang/rls/blob/master/contributing.md#lsp-client-to-rls
Is this document still up-to-date? If so, what are the main differences between rustDocument/implementations and the textDocument/implementation of LSP 3.6.0.
