• Per deprecate rclcpp::spin_some and rclcpp::spin_all ros2/rclcpp#2848, rclcpp::spin_some and spin_all are going to be deprecated in the next release
• Most changes are related to the unit tests except for nav2_rviz_plugins

Minor changes for logging purposes. I'm surprised that they removed these APIs. I would make sense to me to change these spin_some / spin_all to a shared global context executor, but I'm sure they had good reason for just removing them instead.
