Description of contribution in a few bullet points

• This PR is to fix the wrong email in previous PR Added Footprint Collision Checker (Simple Commander API) Added Footprint Collision Checker (Simple Commander API) #3280
• Also, I added the copyright in costmap_2d.py for the modified function world2MapValidated
