Summary
Previously locations were not being included in links. This meant that links like
google.com/#heywouldshow up as
google.com/.This fixes the issue by checking for the location and appending it to the url. This should make it available wherever the link is needed; in particular, calling
to_urion aRoo::Linkwill now include the location (e.g.#hey).
