In https://github.com/robotology/human-dynamics-estimation/runs/6591855354?check_suite_focus=true I got a network failure error, that it is the kind of error that robotology/ycm-cmake-modules#402 fixed. So, I bumped YCM version so we can avoid that kind of errors.
