fix: wagmi siwe reconnect on refresh

Description

Fix wagmi siwe not reconnecting on page refresh and re-enable test.

GOD BLESS, FINALLY! 🥇 this SIWE/SIWX thing did cost me like 4+ days of headache and lost time, but as long as it is fixed, ( i will give an update on how it went ) - everyone is happy.
