Remove Future subheading on docs site and update CLI links

Got rid of the Future subheading on the docs site:

• Moved all Vite docs into guides (Vite, Presets, Server Bundles, SPA Mode)
• Added a section to the Future Flags doc listing all current future flags and links to their docs

This does touch code since we had some links embedded in warnings printed to the CLI that needed to be updated
