Nice! The conda job passed in 186 minutes. Let's see if subsequent runs are faster (they should be much faster with sccache). |

@bdice 🎉 looks like both builds are working: conda, pip (ignore the LLVM failures, they have an issue with their arm64 packages). Now we just gotta make a PR for shared-workflows@fix/devcontainer-json-location. |

It'd be nice to have nightly builds of RAPIDS in devcontainers, as a way to test end-to-end builds and pre-populate sccache.
