Storybook fix + React 19 everywhere

latest react-select: 19-compatbible
storybook: seems fine (I had to fix other stuff but I think it was more related to 8.1 -> 8.4 changes than react)
latest framer-motion: compatible
ink (used in squiggle-lang): not compatible yet because of react-reconciler, so I used pnpm overrides to force the latest reconciler
