  • update environments to new conda-build
  • fix cmakelists.txt and setup.py, to match changes

I am currently mis-using this branch for updating also the conda-forge feedstock configuration.

* update recipes to follow developments in conda-build
* fix cmakelists.txt and setup.py
* base version calculation on git data
* do not detect or require cxx from scikit-build/cmake
