How to run the survey formatting script for the cross tab generator

1. You need a python anaconda environment on your computer.
2. Pull the https://github.com/psrc/travel-studies repository.
3. Run the code https://github.com/psrc/travel-studies/blob/master/2017/summary/hh_survey_2017_format.py
4. This will write the files to :J/Projects/Surveys/HHTravel/Survey2017/Data/travel_crosstab/ if you want them somewhere else, you can change the top two lines of hh_survey_config_format.py.
