Custom labels for annotation types

Allow for custom labels for annotation types. I'm thinking of a label attribute on the FoLiA Set Definitions themselves.

The main annotate category is entitles Named Entitie__s instead of Verbal Mutiword Expressions (or VMWEs); can that be changed?

In the meantime, "Named Entities" has already been renamed to the more generic "Entities".
