ToggleSwitch: use correct color token for line icon

When trying to theme the ToggleSwitch component, I noticed the color overrides were not applied to the line icon.

Oh, I see now that some snapshots need to be updated. (nvm, seems like those test cases were removed)

• color tokens used are now deprecated
• Updates ToggleSwitch to look less dimensional and more minimal #2843 fixed the hardcoded tokens
