Dropping some unused methods from d3-v3 fork now that we could switch to use
d3-format,d3-time-formatandd3-timenpm modules.plotly/plotly.js#5125
Also a build script was added and the
d3.minwas removed to simplify the build & publish processes.Please note that not all the tests pass using
npm run testas some depend on the removed code.@plotly/plotly_js
