Feature Request: Supersplat Viewer App Generation

Hello,

I see that Superplat editor provides a convenient way to generate a standalone viewer app (HTML). It would be great to see splat-transform generate the same app using the command line.

I created a PR for the same.

Let me know if I need to make any changes.
