Hovering a thread's linked pull requests in the sidebar showed titles running far past the tooltip edge.
#25199 replaced the tooltip viewport with a plain div. That div is a flex item in the popup, so it kept the default
min-width: autoand grew to the full width of the unwrapped titles. Addingmin-w-0lets it shrink to the popup width, so the existingtruncateon each title works again. The same fix applies to every tooltip with single-line content, such as the PR status tooltip.Captured from the real
