Refresh the status subscription for the removed worktree path.

The missing-path status returns isRepo: false, so the producer can clear the checkout. However, the sidebar subscribes with thread.worktreePath, while the removal flow refreshes threadProject.workspaceRoot. Status events are filtered by normalized cwd, so a separate worktree path can keep its retained status and remain visible.

Refresh input.path as well as input.cwd after removal.
