• finished prep for INCITE on accretion flows (with source terms)

• getting last pieces of AMR with MHD working
• experiments with (Intel) compiler options, especially around -ipo

Doc update

• JM will provide skeleton for CI based publishing of .rst format
• Experiment: Can we ask ChatGPT to convert markdown to .rst?!
