Before the
v1.0release of Substrate I figured we might as well fix the sloppy formatting the plagues the repo. I'm not even sure why the Rust compiler allows code compiled with tabs to succeed, definitely an oversight from the Rust team ¯\(ツ)/¯. Anyways, you're welcome all.
