#29 broke substring comparison for dependencies, which makes their sources be misrecognized
e.g. https://gitlab.parity.io/parity/mirrors/substrate/-/jobs/1494741#L332 where
sub-tokenscomes fromsubstrate-debug-kitwhich is not a part ofsubstrate, but since the substringing was incorrect, bothsubstrate-debug-kitandsubstratewere being recognized assubstrate.
