This release allows all Bitswap CIDs (v1) to pass regardless of the used hash. It also enhances local address checks in the transport manager.

Ah, I think we've missed one thing:

• there's a version mismatch between the multihash crate versions. litep2p uses multihash 0.17.0 while cid expects 0.19.1

We need to bump multihash dependency too 🥲

First two cases are just tests, so we can add cid = 0.11.0 to the [dev-dependencies], ok for now.
