This PR contains two unrelated but tiny fixes:
omicron-nexusonnexus-client. This looks spurious and it causesls-apisto think Nexus depends on itself.dev_onlyflag to useserde(default)instead of hand-rolling similar behavior (suggested by @sunshowers here).
