This PR fixes a bug in the consistent-type-specifier-style linter rule where the token search logic incorrectly matched the word "type" inside comments. The fix refactors the code to use the find_next_token_from method which properly skips comments when searching for tokens.

Refactored token finding logic to use ctx.find_next_token_from() which correctly skips comments
Removed the now-unnecessary #[expect(clippy::cast_possible_truncation)] attribute from the run method

The #[expect(clippy::cast_possible_truncation)] attribute is being removed from the run method, but the find_next_token_from method it now calls still performs a cast that could truncate (see line 148 in context/mod.rs: .map(|(a, _)| a as u32)). This attribute should be moved to the location where find_next_token_from is defined, or the cast should be handled safely. The clippy warning has not been addressed, only moved.
