`TSImportTypeOptions` custom serializer was to work around a bug in TS-ESLint parser. That bug has now been fixed, so we don't need this workaround any more. typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint#11114

`TSImportTypeOptions` custom serializer was to work around a bug in TS-ESLint parser. That bug has now been fixed, so we don't need this workaround any more. typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint#11114
