refactor(ast): remove quotes from #[estree(append_to)] attributes

Pure refactor. Our convention in #[estree] attributes is not to quote type or field names. Adjust #[estree(prepend_to = ...)] and #[estree(append_to = ...)] attrs to follow this convention.
