Bun__promises__emitUnhandledRejectionWarning() is the port of Node's emitUnhandledRejectionWarning(). Five things in it were different. - The warning took the reason's `stack` as an enumerable property. It is not enumerable now. - The warning kept the stack trace that it captured. When script waits for the event loop (a macro, a pending plugin setup() of Bun.build), that trace has frames, and the first lookup of `stack` formatted them over the reason's stack. The warning now has no trace when it takes the reason's stack, and an empty trace when it does not. - `name` was not enumerable. It is an own enumerable property, as the class field of Node's UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning. - When the reason's `stack` is not a string, or its getter throws, the first warning was lost: process.emitWarning() threw and the exception was cleared. That warning now has the reason's text. - Bun__noSideEffectsToString() gave "[object Object]" for an Error. It now gives the name and the message, from data properties only. The message of ERR_UNHANDLED_REJECTION uses the same function.
putDirect() defaults to enumerable. The lint finds every putDirect*() of propertyNames->stack under src/ and fails for one without DontEnum. The two puts of process.report's javascriptStack.stack are enumerable on purpose and are listed.

…rning its header Bun__noSideEffectsToString() took `name` and `message` from ErrorInstance::sanitizedNameString() and sanitizedMessageString(). They throw for a Symbol, which lost the first warning, and they read `name` from one prototype only, so an instance of a subclass of TypeError was named Error. `name` and `message` now count only when they are strings in data properties of the error or of a prototype, as in V8's NoSideEffectsErrorToString(). No script runs and nothing throws. The warning drops its trace when it is made. When it takes no stack from the reason, `stack` is the lazy accessor that Error.captureStackTrace installs: the first read makes the header, as Node's warning has. Before, `warning.stack` was undefined for a reason with no stack.

Nothing blocking. The comments below are optional suggestions. There is no need to push a fix for them before merging.
The latest push addresses the two concerns from my earlier pass that had a code fix (the trace-less warning now gets the lazy stack header via m_lazyStackCustomGetterSetter, and name/message are read only as string data properties, so the helper no longer enters user code). Beyond the inline finding, I also checked the new stringDataProperty helper for user-code reachability (VMInquiry slot rejects accessors and custom getters; toWTFString runs only on a JSString) and the unconditional setErrorInfoForEmbedderError against the lazy getter path (null trace formats an empty-frame header, the same shape SQLError.cpp uses) — neither raised anything new. A human look is still worthwhile given the ErrorInstance state interplay and the open overlap with the other PR touching this function.
Extended reasoning...
The diff rewrites Bun__promises__emitUnhandledRejectionWarning in src/jsc/bindings/BunProcess.cpp, adds an ErrorInstance branch to Bun__noSideEffectsToString (also reached from the ERR_UNHANDLED_REJECTION message in VirtualMachine.rs), and adds a source lint plus a 3-mode subprocess test. It touches no security-sensitive surface; the risk is ErrorInstance materialization state (setErrorInfoForEmbedderError, lazy stack getter) and Node-compat property attributes. Exception handling follows the file's existing CLEAR_IF_EXCEPTION/termination pattern and the tests drain pipes concurrently with await using. Deferring rather than approving because the change depends on JSC internals not visible in this checkout and the author notes a conflicting PR on the same hunk that a maintainer must arbitrate.
