WalkthroughChangesMatcher prelude updates
Suggested reviewers: Merge Risk: 🟡 Moderate · up to The matchers now evaluate settled promise values for resolves, rejects, and negated assertions. However, several new failure-message tests use synchronous throw assertions around asynchronous matcher calls, so the suite may fail or fail to validate the intended diagnostics until those assertions await the matcher promises. 🚥 Pre-merge checks | ✅ 4✅ Passed checks (4 passed)

the Promise-returning callbacks to use rejects.toThrow instead of wrapping them
with synchronous toThrow. Apply this to the assertions at the referenced test
locations while preserving each expected error message.

Both matchers read the captured expect() value directly instead of going through get_value, so `.resolves` and `.rejects` were ignored: the toSatisfy predicate received the Promise itself and toIncludeRepeated rejected it as a non-string. Route both through matcher_prelude like every other matcher. Fixes oven-sh#15428

What does this PR do?
Fixes #15428.
toSatisfyandtoIncludeRepeatedread the capturedexpect()value directly instead of going throughget_value, so the.resolves/.rejectsflags were ignored. The predicate inexpect(promise).resolves.toSatisfy(fn)received the Promise object itself, andexpect(promise).resolves.toIncludeRepeated(...)threwtoIncludeRepeated() requires the expect(value) to be a string. Every other matcher settles the promise first viamatcher_prelude.The fix is the
matcher_preludecall at the top of each matcher. The removed lines are thepost_match_guard,increment_expect_call_counter,captured_value_get_cachedandflags.not()reads thatmatcher_preludealready performs. These two were the only matchers still bypassing it (grep captured_value_get_cached src/runtime/test_runner/expect/).The bypass predates the Rust port (same shape in the Zig
toSatisfy.zig/toIncludeRepeated.zig), so this is not a regression. The tests are added alongside the existingtoSatisfy()andtoIncludeRepeated()tests injest-extended.test.js.How did you verify your code works?
