Fedora 43 has been released, thus there are updates repositories and we should enable them. Signed-off-by: Simon de Vlieger <[email protected]>

Fedora 43 has been released thus we need to enable the
updatesrepository. I also noticed that we adjusted the metadata expiry on the release repository; this PR addresses that as well for Fedora 43.
