Move the image definitions for the bootc distro into YAML, this way we are more consistent with our other image types. In the long run we should investigate using the generic distro for bootc too to avoid code duplication.
Split NewDistroYAML into LoadDistroWithoutImageTypes and LoadImageTypes so that those can be used indepdantly in the bootc distro where we need to inject some introspected values like the "default_fs_type" before we can load the image types.
The bootc distro had a special case for the setting of the default filesystem. But in our distros.yaml we can also set a default_fs_type. So use this functionality and drop the special code we used to have for this.
Just like for the generic distro, take the kernel args from the YAML.
See osbuild#1922 - this commit does the same for bootc images.

This PR contains a bunch of improvements for the bootc distro to align it closer with the "generic" distro. Most importantly the image types and many important properties like partition table, filename, mimetype and kernel options are now defined in YAML just like we do for our other image types. This should make extending this easier.
