Since #26935 merged, this test has tanked, and the failures are blocking release payloads:

Based on our slack discussion, this was caused by openshift/kubernetes#1201. Feel free to revert 1201 if that's the fix, and then revendor o/k -- but base your origin revendor PR assuming this will have landed by then.
