* Added static pod and rpm based install to scaleup * Standardized cluster-health check usage * etcdctl '-C' option is deprecated, use '--endpoints'
If the installer_checkpoint plugin is loaded and no custom stats are added during the playbook run, the plugin will fail. This adds a check to return if the custom stats are empty.
* Updated detection of running on standalone or as static pods * Set value of etcdctlv2 for all hosts to ensure proper usage * Use proper etcdctlv2 for adding new etcd members
