- What I did

The new verify job I'm trying to add in openshift/release#3332 is failing with https://openshift-gce-devel.appspot.com/build/origin-ci-test/pr-logs/pull/openshift_release/3332/rehearse-3332-pull-ci-openshift-machine-config-operator-master-verify/3

This patch just makes cp copy with just -R and not full -aas we don't need that for diffing text.
