Pod disruption budgets cause problems for people who want to run small clusters or drain all workers at once, and PDBs are not obviously solving any problems, so do not create PDBs, and delete any PDBs that previous versions of the operator have created. * pkg/operator/controller/ingress/poddisruptionbudget.go (desiredRouterPodDisruptionBudget): Always return false. * test/e2e/operator_test.go (TestPodDisruptionBudgetExists): Rename... (TestPodDisruptionBudgetDoesNotExist): ...to this. Verify that the pod disruption budget does *not* exist.
