The patch introduced in this commit 6540bf9 is causing issues with verify job in the openshift/api repo. The fix provided in openshift/release#52368 currently fails due to the fact that the 2 go files introduced in the
hack/directory are unnecessarily being picked in thego buildstep. This patch changes those 2 files to not be picked./assign @dinhxuanvu @JoelSpeed
