New channel for the new 4.3.z-stream.
Block the incoming 4.2.13 -> 4.3.0-rc.0 edge:
$ oc adm release info quay.io/openshift-release-dev/ocp-release:4.3.0-rc.0-x86_64 | grep Upgrades
Upgrades: 4.2.13
because 4.2 -> 4.3 updates occasionally hit RequiredPoolsFailed
degradation [1].
Eric asked for the comment in the blocked-edges file in addition to
this commit message, to make it super-hard to miss the reasoning ;).

Additional 4.2->4.3 blocker: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1787635 We don't need an exhaustive list before we can block an edge, but just pointing this one out in case folks think the list referenced from the commit message and file content was exhaustive. |
