Update ocm api model to v0.0.434 ARO-HCP API models split

This commit updates the ocm api model to v0.0.434. This new version contains the changes on ocm api models that include the Split/Duplicate of ARO-HCP API models.

Merging this will have an impact on the consumers of the ocm-sdk-go that will need to remap some Go package references from ocm commercial to aro-hcp. This is, CS and ARO-HCP RP. I will create follow-up MRs in the corresponding repositories to update the version of the sdk with the needed changes. We evaluated the amount of changes and it is fairly small.
